At Urban Catchy, we are committed to providing you with high-quality bags that complement your style. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a streamlined return process.
1. Return Window
* We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
* Requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that:
* The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
* All original tags, brand packaging, and dust bags are intact.
* The item is returned in the same box/packaging it was delivered in.
3. How to Initiate a Return
We offer a self-serve return process for your convenience:
* Log in to your Urban Catchy Account using your registered email address.
* Go to the 'My Orders' section.
* Select the item you wish to return and click on 'Request Return'.
* Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.
* Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item within 2-3 business days.
4. Refunds & Processing Fees
* Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a full refund or free replacement at no extra cost.
* Change of Mind / Personal Preference: For returns based on style preference or change of mind, a flat Processing & Handling Fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover reverse logistics costs.
* Refund Timeline: After the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, the remaining balance will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges
* If you wish to exchange your bag for a different color or model, please initiate an exchange request through your account.
* Exchange is subject to stock availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items
* Items purchased during "Final Clearance" or "Flash Sales" are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
