Shipping Policy

At Urban Catchy, we aim to deliver your favorite handbags in the fastest and safest way possible. We partner with reputed courier services to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD Fee of ₹49 is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders. This fee is non-refundable.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email/SMS with your tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

While actual delivery time depends on your location, here are the general estimates:

Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5 to 7 business days.

Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days.

Note: Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or festive seasons.

4. Order Tracking

Once your handbag is shipped, you can track your package directly through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your Urban Catchy Account.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

To ensure a smooth delivery, please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the package and make the payment.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery a maximum of 3 times. If the delivery is not accepted, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you notice that the package is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. Take a photo or video of the package and contact our support team immediately.
